Dami Adedapo, Ph.D., P.Eng.

Principal

Dami has over two decades of diverse experience in geotechnical and earthquake engineering. He serves as our geotechnical department head in addition to being a Principal.

Dami provides advice on constructability, risk management and construction of a variety of design-build, EPC and design-bid-build projects from feasibility study to execution phase. He has served as lead geotechnical engineer and project manager for a wide range of projects including hydropower, flood control, mine closure and remediation, dam safety upgrades and rehabilitation, and municipal pipeline and tunnel projects.

He specializes in site characterization, instrumentation, geotechnical analyses and advanced numerical modelling, embankment design, soft ground engineering, foundation design, excavation and slope stabilization, dynamic soil-structure interaction and earthquake engineering. In addition, Dami has extensive experience in dam safety reviews, failure mode analysis, trenchless technologies and tunnel design, cofferdams and seepage control, liquefaction analyses and seismic hazard assessments.
