Ceridian Office Space Development

When Ceridian was moving into their new home at True North Square, KGS was the obvious choice to engineer the mechanical and electrical components. The 24,000 sq. ft. project included complete development of shell space within a new office tower in downtown Winnipeg. KGS Group’s experts provided engineering services for all of the mechanical and electrical systems in the beautiful, new 3^rd floor space.

With function, efficiency and aesthetics top of mind, KGS Group delivered the following for this project:

• Connection to existing plumbing systems while minimizing disruption to other tenants
• Development of the HVAC systems including installation of multiple hydronic fan coil units (systems also feature demand control ventilation using CO2 monitoring)
• Coordination of sprinkler systems to suit complex architectural ceiling requirements
• Distribution for both general and emergency power
• Lighting systems complete with associated lighting controls
• Fire alarm systems, including the extension of the base building fire alarm system
• Telecommunication systems, including data outlets and extending the base building services
• Security systems
