KGS Group is committed to providing services that demonstrate excellence in Engineering and Project Management and is committed to consistently providing a high level of quality to our clients.

KGS Group has established a Quality Management System (QMS) designed to consistently provide a high level of quality engineering and project management services to our clients.

The QMS has been implemented throughout all KGS Group's offices, with the Winnipeg and Mississauga offices' certified to ISO 9001:2015.

KGS Group's QMS promotes continuous improvement in the quality of the deliverables and services we provide to meet our client's expectations and requirements. All management and staff of KGS Group work within the guidelines of the QMS to enable KGS Group to provide quality services to our clients.

Audit & Compliance

KGS Group regularly performs internal audits to examine the effectiveness of our quality management system and an external annual audit by a quality auditor to meet the requirement of our certification to ISO 9001:2015 for the Winnipeg and Mississauga offices. Performing internal and external audit facilitates identification of areas where improvements are required and we address these promptly.

Client Feedback

KGS Group considers customer's feedback about our services as a very important factor that leads to steady improvement of our processes. This informs our decision to obtain client feedback by sending out a short survey at the closeout stage of projects.

Management Review and Quality Committee

As part of our compliance to ISO 9001:2015, KGS Group conducts annual management review of the quality management system. In addition, a quality committee with representatives from all KGS Group offices hold bi-weekly meetings. The committee manages the internal audit, investigates non-conformance findings, develops corrective actions as required and participates in a continuous improvement process.
