March 27 Update:

With the safety of our staff and clients as our focus, our physical Mississauga and Thunder Bay offices are now closed and we are limiting visitor access to our other offices. Rest assured we remain committed to serving and collaborating with our clients, and are adapting to new ways of doing business. Many of us have transitioned to working remotely, including our Mississauga and Thunder Bay employees.

We continue to monitor this ever-evolving situation, adjusting as necessary to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients, families and friends.

Be well and stay safe.

March 16:

Our purpose is to build lasting relationships with the promise of building things to last. To us, that means putting our clients and our people first. In this unprecedented time, we continue to place our people and our clients front and centre, especially their health and safety. Through this lens, we have put a number of measures in place in response to COVID-19 and will continue to do so guided by our values and the latest advice from experts. These measures are closely aligned with the direction set by our local and federal governments.

To date, we have:

  • Mobilized our pandemic response team to monitor the evolving situation and guide our people with the appropriate steps to protect their health and those around them
  • Suspended all out-of-country business travel and travel by air anywhere
  • Advised staff to use technology such as videoconferencing to limit face-to-face meetings wherever possible
  • Provided information to staff to help reduce the spread of the disease and emphasized the importance of social distancing behavior
  • Advised anyone who is sick to stay home and asked anyone returning from out-of-country travel to self-isolate
  • Reviewed and adjusted, where necessary, our cleaning routines for all of our offices
  • Prepared for staff to work remotely

We recognize that many of our clients provide essential services, and we are committed to continuing to serve you. We appreciate your understanding while we make adjustments to our operations. While we always strive to provide the highest quality service, we also recognize that we will have to quickly adapt as the pandemic expands to minimize disruptions in the coming weeks and months. How we interact with you may also look a little different. Please note that if you are having trouble reaching someone by phone, email is a better option to get in touch at present. We will do our best to minimize impacts and keep you updated as the situation evolves.

We are carefully monitoring this dynamic situation to make sure we are taking all appropriate steps to protect our clients and employees alike.

Please take care of yourself and each other.

Rick Martin, President
