Nathan Rockwood, PE, SE

Nathan Rockwood is a licensed structural engineer in California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.  He has more than 25 years of experience as a civil/structural engineer experienced with design and construction of concrete and steel hydraulic structures, with an emphasis in seismic design. He has provided structural design for water resources projects including dams, pump stations, water control structures, intakes, outlet structures and control buildings.

Nathan is a trusted advisor to regulated utilities, public agencies and water and irrigation districts. Nathan has built strong relationships with hydro clients across the west coast. His commitment to the industry is further exemplified by his current role as president of the Northwest Hydroelectric Association. He is also active with National Hydropower Association, ASDSO and USSD. As Regional Director, Nathan oversees our Seattle office and our multi-discipline team of engineers. His responsibilities include day-to-day management of employees and business development activities in the Pacific Northwest United States.
