Merry Dang,

With over a decade of extensive experience in the hydropower and dam industries, Merry serves as the Director of Business Development at KGS Group. Her background and experience in business strategy enables her to work closely with senior management to identify and realize revenue and partnership opportunities within these sectors.

Merry is a passionate supporter of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the hydropower and dam industries. She is the Chair of the DEI for the United States Society on Dams (USSD). In addition to participating on several panels relating to women in the industry, Merry also serves as an invited member of the Gender Inclusion Committee for the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD).

Merry has played key roles in leading efforts for retention and recruitment with the Ontario Waterpower Association (OWA) and was the inaugural Chair of the Communications Committee with the Canadian Dam Association (CDA).
