Nicole Ritchie, BBA, CPHR Candidate

Nicole is our Human Resources Manager and has grown with the organization over her 10-year career with KGS Group. She is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within KGS. Nicole and her team are focused on attracting, retaining and developing the right people, and building long-term relationships with employees.

Bringing a breadth of expertise to her role, Nicole’s background includes employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and performance management. She has also completed her Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resources Management Certificate.
