Phillip Cantarinha, MBA, P.E., PMP, IAM

Phillip has over 19 years of experience in the Hydropower industry. As the Reginal Director of Power and Energy in our California office, his responsibilities include day-to-day management of employees and business development activities in the western United States.

Phillip has held various leadership roles throughout his career and has experience with projects on both the consulting and owner’s side. He has comprehensive knowledge of various electrical design standards, codes and guidelines in the North American hydro industry. He has experience with electrical engineering studies, site inspections, specification writing, construction support, asset management fundamentals, condition assessments, cost analysis and feasibility studies.

Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and electronics engineering degree from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA from Western Governors University.
