Rick Martin, B.Sc., P.Eng.

Since joining KGS Group in 1988, Rick has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure, taking on the leadership position of Chairman and President in 2016.

With over three decades of experience in consulting engineering, Rick has amassed in-depth expertise as a lead structural engineer and project manager on large heavy industrial, hydroelectric and infrastructure projects. He has extensively participated in the successful execution of numerous alternate delivery model projects and was instrumental in developing the quality management system that supports our reputation for industry-leading deliverables.

As President and a firm Principal, Rick oversees all of KGS Group operations, nurturing the core value of long-term relationships with our clients and people.
