Automation, Controls and Instrumentation
Our experts are experienced with most forms of instrumentation to provide process measurement and control systems to monitor the instrumentation and respond as necessary to control the process. We can provide concept arrangements, control risers and narratives, detailed design, programming, commissioning and support on most platforms. Types of Instrumentation
- process transmitters to monitor various process conditions such as pressure, level, temperature, flow, speed, position, etc.
- analyzers to monitor pH, free & residual chlorine, conductivity, turbidity, etc.
- commissioning of instruments,
- gas monitors for hydrogen, carbon-dioxide, carbon-monoxide, methane (or other combustible gasses), hydrogen-sulphide, etc.
- environmental monitors for humidity, temperature, etc.
Control Systems
We also have extensive experience with various forms of control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), human machine interface (HMI) systems, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
